Fortran to C translator

I`ve read 8 responses so far and nobody answered the persons
question. Whitesmiths in Concord Massachusetts sells a f77 to C
translator.  I`ve even heard people say that it works. That
doesn`t mean that it is bug free, what compiler is?, just that it
works.
