Request for DES/RSA Algorithims in C

This might be a redundant request but...
I'm looking for an implementation of the DES and/or RSA encryption
algorithims in C.  Any flavor of C will do, however given a choice,
I'll take VAX-C since I'm using an 8600.  I don't have direct
ARPAnet access, so any files would have to be mailed via BITNET.
