Obtaining the UKUUG Conference Proceedings

Do these proceedings contains any papers on the Plan 9 system from
Bell Labs? Could a table of contents be posted here?
Where else could I get any or all papers on Plan 9?
I don't especially feel like putting out around $80 for
conference proceedings.
