suggestion for posters to net.sources

I have just one suggestion: Could people posting sources put a short
summary of what the program does at the beginning of the article (before
a 'cut here')? It just bugs me that sometimes I'll see a cryptic name
in the subject line and nothing describing the program's function in the
beginning of the article. The function may have been mentioned somewhere
in an earlier article, but that's easy to miss. Sorry for posting this
to an 'inappropriate' newsgroup, but net.sources.d hasn't been created
and I hate the people who post garbage (anything besides REAL sources) to
net.sources, 'cause they're adding to the decay of the net. (sorry about
the flame there at the end :-)

I'm too busy reading other people's cute quotes to think of any of my own.
