For people who have the ISO/IEC C Standard (9899 : 1990): It seems
that the ISO page numbers are one less than in the ANSI printing, so
these paragraphs are found on pages 57 and 61.  (The last paragraph of
Constraints of 6.5, and second paragraph of Semantics of 6.5.2.2.)  It
does seem that the line numbers would be the same, were they printed
in the ISO document.
