Graphics C Library supporting AT&T DEB-board ???

I need a graphics library for "C" running on DOS 2.1 or later, e.g. 

           Essential graphics 

from Essential Software, Inc.

However, it must be able to support the Display Enhancement Board (DEB)
for the AT&T PC-6300+ together with Lattice "C" 3.1.

If anyone knows a relevant product, please post information to :
