i have the following problem: i have an att3b1=7300, a desktalk II
modem and c-kermit 4E(072) source. i have modified ckudia.c so that
it recognizes the desktalk II and dials through it properly. the modem
then does its work and and dials the remote number, connects to it,
gets a dial tone and sets up what it calls the dsr signal on pin 6
of the rs232 communications port.

at this point the system hangs with locked keyboard. i can only assume
that there is some place where i have to tell it to look for the
dsr signal on pin 6, since when i use the onboard modem it has no
problems accepting the equivalent signal, giving a prompt, and
accepting a subsequent connect command.

what i need to know is: where is the carrier signal detect code
located? is in in ckudia.c, and if so, where? if not, where else
should i look?
