News 2.11 problems

Hi, 

  I was wondering if anyone could help me with new 2.11 on my 3B1.  I
am running version 3.5.1, I have a 67meg drive and 4 meg of memory.  I
have tried several times to install it, and I have even looked at the
directions, and I keep getting Post failed exit code 11 coming from
what seems to by inews. Thanks for any help.
