The programs that AT&T won't release (was: NO on comp.sys.att.3b1)

Given the amount of time that has passed since AT&T gave up on the unix pc,
and the more recent release of the kernel object files.  Is there now a
chance that AT&T would reconsider and release (in a completely unsupported
fashion of course) the above goodies as well as other programs?  Paint
Power comes to mind...
