KA9Q patches for 3B1?

Does anyone have the patches necessary to allow KA9Q to talk to the
3B1's built in modem? (/dev/ph0).

(And, how about making the DOS version run on the DOS-73 card? When I tell
 KA9Q to dial it works but never sees any characters from the remote computer).
