Removal of unix-pc groups

Well, if the name change occurs, most of us plan on
just changing our "sys" file, I'll just be changing
the name of the groups I'll forward, and maybe eventually
turn some more of them to ihave/sendme.

I'm hoping that my local feeds become reliable to the point
that I can reduce the number of alternate feeds I use.
If the reorg fails, I'm going to ADD some links, and
see if I can help connect remote branches.

Nobody's planning on not sending the articles, but
we are planning on nukeing the old names.
