6386 Memory Addition -- Solved

Thanks to those who responded to my question about adding
memory to a 6386 (jmcook at jorel.apldmt.com, qwerty at drutx.att.com,
bierma at nprdc.navy.mil, and ehopper at ehpcb.wlk.com).  For anyone
else who is interested, the correct switch settings for 16M
are
	L07LL: all switches on
	L06LL: 5,6,7,8 on
