I believe that AT&T has a 608 (680) meg SCSI drive. At least it was mentioned during a formating problem we had recently. It may actually be either a HP or CDC drive that AT&T sells, but they have a default configuration for it in "/usr/lib/scsi/tc.index" (you'll find some product codes there).
