Summary of pc6300 motherboard switch settings for rom 1.43

In response to the requests of several users, here are the switch
configurations for the pc6300.  Please note that these settings
are not accurate for earlier rom levels than 1.43.

The following switch settings have been copied without permission
from _AT&T_ document 999-300-200IS copyright 1986,1985,1984 by AT&T.
Please note that they are applicable only to rom level 1.43 or higher.

 (Note: The manual doesn't say, and I don't have a machine with 
	the shrouds removed at the moment, so I can't tell you which
	ram bank is 0 or 1; using the switch settings and common
	sense, it is not too difficult to figure out...)
	I just looked at my notes -- the first two rows are bank 0
	(possibly soldered), the second two rows are bank 1.
