Optimum temperature for 3b2s?

I have a couple of 3b2/700's in a room that is about 600 sq. ft. that has
its own air conditioning system.  I'm wondering what a good temperature
for the 3b2's might be.  Is there a factory specification?  It currently
stays about 60 degrees F in this room.
