Is StarGROUP 3.3 (LAN Manager version) compatible with Windows 3

Yes, in fact, AT&T's Rhapsody product is built on StarGROUP 3.3a, Windows 3.0
and HP New Wave (plus a lot of other things).  Therefore, AT&T has an active
interest in maintaining compatibility in that area.
