Smail 3.X

My patch level on smail is in the 17 range... could someone send me
the newer patch(es)?  Also, I heard a long time ago that SMAIL was
beta and since that was so, it would be released fully again with
the appropriate changes... could someone tell me what the story is?

ALSO:  I have a copy of ELM3.X [PL0] ... are there any patches to that?
