Unix PC crashing

My unix pc is crashing extremely often, always with the same
panic message similar to:

	*hpte: 0xnnnn
	panic: NM1 (kernel parity error)
	double panic:

When I say "extremely often" I mean - I boot the machine and it usually
crashes within 2 hours!

I booted the diagnostic disk and found no memory errors. What else
could cause this? Could the infamous dust-bunnies be at fault?
I hope it something that simple.

note: I'm running v3.51

Any words of wisdom?
thanks,
