Mailing List For GNU 3b2 Porting Discussions

Since there has been a fair bit of discussion lately on porting gcc
and friends to the 3b2 platform, I have set up a mailing list where
people of like mind can get together to discuss the port. If you're
interested in helping with the port and want to be on the list, send

No scavengers, please, and no local mailing list exploders. I get enough
bounced mail from my other mailing lists.
