Read a Sun tape on a 3b2?

I have a 3b2/400 that is not connected to a network, and I would like
to transfer a large amount of data to it from a Sun 3.  I suspect that
the cartridge tape in the best hope.  Does anyone know how to write a
tape on the Sun and then read it on a 3b2?
