605 Terminal

I have an AT&T 605 terminal with no docs.  Under terminal mode, the
choices are
	norm
	xt
	at1
	at2
	
norm seems to be VT100-like.  I guess xt is the "PC scan-code" mode, but
what are "at1" and "at2"?
