Looking for 3.51m FIXDISK source

I'm looking for the address and name of an AT&T rep that was posted
several month ago.  The contact was by 3b1 owners to obtain copies of
FIXDISK disks. These disks were used to rebuild the kernel for the 3b1
(unix-pc).  I beleive the update was referred to as UNIX V 3.51m.

Does anyone in net-land have this address or know where I can obtain the
disks?
