Console error message documentation

This machine is a Nixdorf Targon M35/50 running TOS 3.2.
Or, a Pyramid 9810 running OSx 4.0 - whichever you prefer.

The following message just appeared on the system console:

pdisk00a: blk=4904 cmd=w1 seek=[16:2:8] status=204c02d0 (soft 1/2) Header mismatch.

Could someone please tell what this means and whether or not I should
be worried?


In general, we did not recieve any documentation from Nixdorf regarding kernel
error messages. Nixdorf only ships documentation for the System V universe.
The BSD universe is an un-explored mystery to me.

Does Pyramid include documentation for the BSD universe?
