UI and NDE for SGI machines

Three questions :
1)Will NDE (AT&T/Sun NeWS toolkit) be available for Silicon Graphics?
2)If the answer is yes, that implies support of Open Look ... will
  Open Look be available on SGI machines?  Seeing that OSF (which SGI
  belongs to) does not "recognize" NeWS .. is it to be assumed that 
  all System V Release 4 Open Look UI features and toolkits will be
  available in a future SGI release? or is SGI pursing another path??
3)Is NeWS going to be available for the 3000 SGI series?
