Dogfight and Arena

Hello,

just two questions:

1) is a version of dogfight for the 3100 series available, which is
   compatible to the 4D dogfight. We have three (soon five) 3100 and
   one 4D. We want to "communicate" with all of them.

2) are the TCP versions of dogfight, shadow, radar and arena public
   domain, and where can we get the sources?
