System V messages

	We are currently developing software on an SGI 3130 running Sys V v3.6
and we are using the System V messages for our IPC.  We seem to have run into a
limit of 40 messages allowed on the system at one time.  This limit holds 
regardless of variations in message length, number of queues, or size of queues.
Is it possible to extend this limit to around 1000?
