mounting between suns and iris under OS4.1 ?

I understand that there is a problem when mounting Iris files on a Sun
running OS4.1.  We are about to upgrade our Suns and would like to
know if the reverse is true.  Is there a problem when mounting Sun
OS4.1 files on an Iris?
