Any comments on SGI's C++ setup?

Would anyone care to comment on their experience with/rumors about
Silicon Graphics' C++ translator?  We are trying to decide whether to go
with traditional C or be bold and forge ahead with C++.

Any information is much appreciated, email preferred, followups to
comp.sys.sgi.
