Just installed an EXABYTE tape drive on the SCSI port. It doesn't respond
to commands to /dev/rst{0,8}, but after the switch is hit there appears a
message complaining about 'rst4' not existing. What are the major and
minor node numbers for 'rst4'? The SCSI id for the drive is 0
