HPlaserjetII and TEK 4692 printer configurations

HP laserjet II 
or
Tektronix 4692 (off a tek 4510 rasterizer)

off a Sun, or any unix system for that matter, I'd really appreciate any
information you can give me; printcap entries, setting on tty, special
cable ??
