tcsh bug in sunos4

A about a week ago I sent something out about a bug with tcsh that
appeared in sunos 4, when jobs would (occasionally) stop as if you had
typed ^Z  (it was tcsh 5.12, sunos 4.0.3)

Well, the good news is that it seems to be fixed in the newest tcsh (5.18)
-- at least I haven't seen the problem since it was installed more than
week ago, which is significant.

If you need to pick up a binary, you can anonymous ftp to bu.edu
(128.197.2.6) and go to the dir ~ftp/binary/tcsh/5.18
