Unix/SunOS Device Driver References

I'm look for some bibliographic references for writing device drivers for
Unix, SunOS in particular. If anyone has a book or document that they feel
is applicable could you please e-mail to me. If I get any responses I will
summarize to the net. I am particularily interested in disk-oriented
device drivers.
