CAP + Sun laserwriters (with Transcript) + Fastpath ??

I've a couple of laserwriters attached to a couple of Suns (all running
SunOS 4.0.x) and I'm planning to get Kinetics Fastpath so that my Macs can
send print jobs to my Unix printers.  However, I'm planning to use my
Transcript software (and hence its various filters) on my Suns.  Below is
a typical /etc/printcap entry on one of my Suns which has a laserwriter
attached.  Does anyone forsee any problems ?

(note: all the stuff under /usr/local/lib/ps/ are Transcript filters which
I intend to keep & use).  Is CAP & a Kinetics Fastpath *ALL* I needed ?  I
would like to talk with people who has *successfully* installed CAP +
Fastpath (plus whatever I don't know/still lack) this way.   

Note that I'm *not* going to put any of my laserwriters onto the Appletalk
network for reasons I do not wish to disclose here - so all the printers
are attched to my Suns.

Also, is it possible for me to install CAP (+ whatever else is needed) on
just 1 of my Suns and that CAP would be smart enough to route Mac jobs
destinated to other Unix laser printers appropriately.  In other words,
can my Macs access ALL the available Unix printers *despite* the fact that
CAP is installed on just 1 Sun which may not even has any printers
attached.  [ see, I don't want to make 10+ kernel changes if I've more
than 10 Suns that has laserwriters attached to them ].
