carrier detect on ttyd0

We would like to set up a modem on ttyd0 such that if CD went low in the
middle of a call, the login session would be terminated.  We already set
the flags so that an open hangs on ttyd0 until CD goes high.  What do we
need to do so that there is an automatic logout when CD goes low?
