x25trace problem

Fault in x25trace ,SUN-OS 4.03 , x25 V6

An x25switch in PSN in Germany sends in an CLEAR-REQUEST 4 Octets :
  10 1A 13 09   and no diag-byte
This is according to the recommendations of DBP (Deutsche Bundes Post)

x25trace reports "4 octets", "CLEAR REQUEST" and start with an infinite
loop of data output ...  terminating with "segmentation fault"

The use of x25trace is necessary for us, is there anyone who can help ?
