 IFF a person at austin will have his manager register him as
 an Internet user at IINUS1, then he can receive mail at 
 <vnetnode>.iinus1.ibm.com, he will be on the Internet for
 mail, at least.                
  
 I haven't figured out how to read network news through that
 interface, though (obviously).
