uucp wierdness

On other systems, I had this problem. The first thing that I did was to
invoke uucico with a debug level of 9 (uucico -r1 -x9 -s.....). This will
tell you all of the inside things about the uucp session. I discovered
that the remote system I was trying to talk to did not recognise me as
having access to it. This was because it's uucp file structures were different
than what I had set them up to be.
