Deinstalling lpps

There is no way to cleanly de-install an lpp at this time.

You could use lslpp to get an inventory of all of the files associated
with an lpp and then delete by hand.  A major problem with this is if a
file is shared by more than one lpp, then you would be deleting
something you could very well need.

To make the system 'forget' about the presence of the lpp you would have
to mess with odm.
