RCS 5.5 and CVS 1.2; HELP!! has anyone ported them to AIX RS/6000

I have got RCS to compile but that is about it.  It doesn't pass the
tests.  Before I go off and spend 4 or 5 days on it, has anyone else
done the port?  Could I get the diffs?
