perl on rs6000, help

This recipe worked for us with perl 4.0 on AIX 3.1 3003:

   o default answer to all Configure questions except:
       - additional C flags :  -D_NO_PROTO
       - use malloc that comes with perl:  n

   o edit config.H to #define HAS_SYMLINK
