A3000UX problems, help.

		people in cars? 
		public insurance company?)

Under beta3j anyway, you've got to switch kernels and restart the system.
The procedure is given in the addendum and goes like:
# cd /stand
# ln A3008unix /unix
# ln A3008unix /stand/unix
# cat coffboot unix >/dev/dsk/c6d0s3
# cd /
# shutdown [ you favorite shutdown options here]
