An odd (but harmless) bug...

	It is a FILE which contains the time, line, and host of your
last login in.  It is hashed by you UID, so it can be read with something like:

  lseek(last_log, uid * sizeof(l_log),0);

	This true for 4.[23] BSD anyway.  Try creating an empty file.
