mush on A/UX

I've managed to get it working.  I'm running mush 7.1.2 right now.
I used the standard A/UX 2.0 cc for compiling.  I just modified my
config.h and then maked it.  I ignored the redefined warning and the
illegal pointer combination warnings.  Everything works fine regardless.

I'm not extremely knowledgable, but if I can help (or try to help),
let me know...
