Applied Engineering is a really good company. They were making high-quality
low-cost products for Apple owners before the Mac even existed. However, I
suggest you spend your money on a card with a proven record, especially since
they're not pushing the A/UX angle (I really don't think it will work at all).
The Taniwha card is also inexpensive, and it works. See my followup to the
'peripherals recommendations' posting for more info.
