A real hack way to "lock my tty"

Out of curiosity, what's to keep someone from just coming along and typing
a ^D to get them out of this?  A ^D will cause an end to the current input,
and make it say "<SomePassword>: label not found."  (Then leaving the
shell wide open for someone to rm -r *.)
