Why limit yourself to VT220?  MS-Kermit is a FREE program available from
Columbia University, which provides VT320 emulation, with some VT340 graphics
capabilities (Tek 4014 and Sixel, but no regis).

The latest version is 3.10.  See the latest messages in the 
COMP.PROTOCOLS.KERMIT newsgroup for more information.
