UNIX to IBM TAPE Utility

   About a year ago, a package was published on the net which will do all this
   and more. It was called ANSI TAPE, or GENERALIZED Magtape, and written
   by someone at the University of Amsterdam. It will read/write ANSI labeled
   tapes in ASCII or EBCDIC, print tape labels, and even supplies a general
   library for working with these tapes. It should be avaliable from the
   archives.
