How to subscribe?

The person at the Computervision division of Prime who used to
distribute INFO-UNIX cancelled her subscription when she left
the company.  I've been trying to subscribe on my own behalf for
several weeks now, sending messages as follows --

Sat Sep  9 23:21:08 1989
To: cvbnet!decvax!sem.brl.mil!info-unix-request

Tue Sep 19 14:44:44 1989
To: mike at brl.arpa

Thu Sep 28 10:14:48 1989
To: cvbnet!decvax!sem.brl.mil!info-unix-request

I have yet to succeed in getting any response.  What do I do next?
Also, can anyone tell me how to get the issues since V8#056?  I'm
reasonably complete up to that point.
