Lost ttyp* -files

My ttyp* -files have disappeared. I know how to create them
with mknod (got sysV, no MAKEDEV). I just don't know the correct
major/minor numbers.


Is the only way to get them back working to install them again 
from the source-diskettes? I'm not very eager to do that....:)
