"Required" Space in 'vi'

Is there a way to enter a "required" space in the 'vi' editor
and have word wrap (when 'wrapmargin' is set to something
greater than 0) not divide two words?

That is, a space between two words which must never be divided
between lines. Say, for example, you want to have a legal
quotation in a file, such as "Section 102(a)" of some law or
other. How can you keep "Section" and "102(a)" from being
separated when 'vi' wraps at the end of a line?

Thanks.
